Uber assists individuals with detailing hazardous drivers during their ride
Uber is presenting a new On-Trip Reporting highlight that will let clients report non-crisis safety issues in real-time, rather than waiting until after the outing has finished. Uber trusts this will be more advantageous, as clients are frequently diverted after the excursion, and many would prefer not to spend time filing a report when they are, state, meeting companions or going to an occasion.
To report an issue, riders will tap the blue shield icon to open the Safety Toolkit. They'll see a "report safety incident" alternative and have the option to type a complaint. Uber's safety group will get in touch with them after the outing.
